You will be introduced to Hatha Yoga Asana practice of beginner to intermediate level. The flow of the practice over the weeks is curated in a systematic way keep your physical well being in mind. You will learn about the "breath and body" relationship and will be taught to induce that into your practice.
2. Learn Meditation Techniques
Our comprehensive meditation curriculum for this program is designed to guide you through various powerful techniques, each aimed at enhancing your spiritual growth and inner peace. The program includes the following meditation/Kriya sessions:
1. Trataka Kriya
2. Mantra Dhyana
3. Nadanusandana
3. Ancient Yoga Philosophy
Delve into the profound teachings of yoga philosophy and unravel the core concepts like Yamas, Niyamas, Tattvas & Panchamahabhutas. Through interactive sessions and contemplative discussions, we illuminate the essence of yoga philosophy, drawing wisdom from ancient texts like the Yoga Sutras and Upanishads. 4. Session recording access for 3 days
If you can't attend live sessions; you'll have 3 days of access to the recordings to practice at your convenience.

The 30-day Sadhana program involves instructing the proper practice of Breathing Exercises, Pranayama & Dhyana, delving into their neuroscientific advantages, and imparting wisdom. Its objective is to instill values and foster a positive outlook on Life through ancient traditions.
WEEK 1 - Yamas
Week 1 centers on the Yamas, exploring ethical guidelines such as Ahimsa (non-violence) and Aparigraha (non-possessiveness). Each day emphasizes a specific
with practices including asanas and pranayama tailored to the each Chakra. The week concludes with a special meditation class on Day 5
Week 2 - Niyamas
Week 2 shifts to the Niyamas, personal observances like Sauca (purity) and Isvara Pranidhana (surrender to the Divine). The daily focus is on a particular Niyama, with practices aligned with the Sacral Chakra and a special meditation class on Day 5.
WEEK 3 - Panchamahabhutas | The five Elements
Week 3 explores the Pancha Mahabhutas (Five Great Elements), starting with Prithvi (earth) and ending with Akash (ether). Each day involves practices linked to the respective element and each Chakra, culminating in a unique meditation class on Day 5.
WEEK 4- Tattvas
Week 4 delves into the Tattvas (principles), including Shiva, Shakti, Vishnu, Pranav and Brahman. Daily themes are paired with relevant asanas and pranayama, focusing on each Tattva and Chakra.
WEEK 5- Trigunas
Trigunas are the three fundamental qualities—Sattva (purity, harmony), Rajas (activity, passion), and Tamas (inertia, darkness)—that influence the mind and behavior. We also practice relevant asanas.
WEEK 6- Q and A week
Question and answer sessions offer valuable insights and clarity, helping to resolve doubts and deepen understanding. We also practice asanas.

People with the history of recent injuries & surgeries OR suffering from ANY serious health conditions that require personal care OR under medication are recommended to proceed ONLY AFTER consulting their physician.
The modules of these online yoga classes are NOT suitable for you if you are a pregnant. A breastfeeding mother can attend after 6-8 months of delivery. However we strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before proceeding.

Not to worry! Even though it would be best to attend the sessions early morning with the community, you may choose to practice at any other time during the day. The replay links will be provided for 1 day after the session.
The contribution for the course is Rs.1599/- for 6 week with classes from Monday Friday.
